Next PAG (Zoom) Meeting
Wednesday 3rd March 2021 2.30pm
Their aim is to fulfil their Social Enterprise ethos, by working with their patients and local community to deliver a service that meets their needs.
The initiative has been designed to ensure that services continually improve for the benefit of all patients. Crucial to this is the creation of a forum for patients to voice their ideas for the delivery of services.
The Bolton Community Practice has set up a Patient Advisory Group which meets regularly with a view to creating a patient-led service. Meetings are widely advertised and patients are encouraged to attend.
If you wish to have your say in the running of the Practice you can.
Patients who are registered with the Practice are welcome to attend any Branch and may attend different Branches at different times.
The Practice also offers a daily telephone advice line and Nurse Led Minor Illness Clinics which offers advice and treatment for coughs and colds, chest infections, upset stomachs, headaches, earache, sore throats and other minor illnesses..
Further details are available on their website www.boltoncommunitypractice.nhs.uk
